Abstract

I understand that you frequently have to engage in research - usually the research that necessarily precedes administrative ac­tion; but sometimes research of a more formal nature. I assume that the results of your efforts are normally reported in writing, but on occasion I am told that they must be made orally. It is my purpose this morning to give you what help I can with such matters.
