Abstract

The Consortium for the Study of Intelligence, a project of the National Strategy Information Center (NSIC), has developed a syllabus, intended for defense and intelligence professionals, that examines the complex nature of armed groups, assessing the challenges they now pose to U.S. security and exploring ap- proaches for meeting them.
