Abstract
"Is there a key outlook on world affairs?" was the question raised in a recent international relations textbook entitled World Affairs, Problems and Prospects. The authors concluded that Instead of viewing human life and history from the perspective of a single "outlook," this hazy discipline consisted more of a series of "vantage points," or "approaches."
