Resource Management and its Implications for Force Afloat

Abstract

Resource management, although it promises to have a considerable effect upon the career of every naval officer, does not yet appear to have captured widespread general interest throughout the Navy. It is believed that there are three major reasons for the lack of awareness of the significance and impli­cations of resource management.
