Abstract
It is a time of revolution. The scientific revolution is projecting men's minds across known physical barriers. The revolution of rising expectations is without boundaries: all men are learning more and wanting more. There id a revolt against poverty and human misery. Social revolution is seeking to sweep aside the old order in every corner of the world.
