Abstract
In the July-August 1981 issue of the Review I mentioned the establishment of the Center for Naval Warfare Studies (CNWS) at the Naval War College. The Center is well underway with a full head of steam, under the able directorship of the Honorable Robert J. Murray, our former Under Secretary of the Navy, as its first Director.
