Abstract

The Maritime Self Defense Force (MSDF) celebrated its thirtieth birthday in the spring of 1982. Thanks to the efforts of our elders and seniors, and the many who have followed in their footsteps, the MSDF has developed steadily and soundly to reach the level it is today.
