Abstract

The subject of my lecture this morning is "Naval Staffs". In this lecture I will cover the subject of staffs in general terms, from the current functional and organizational viewpoints; U.S. Naval Staffs in particular; and I will touch lightly on the organization and functioning of the U.S. Army and Air Force Staffs.
