Naval War College Review
Abstract
A new title in our Newport Papers series, Latin American Security Challenges: A Collaborative Inquiry from North and South, edited by Paul D. Taylor, has just been issued in print and electronically. A senior strategic researcher at the Naval War College and a former career Foreign Service officer, Paul D. Taylor served as U.S. ambassador to the Dominican Republic and Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Inter-American Affairs. His new collection helps reopen the door to se- rious analyses of the relationship between Latin American national security is- sues and American strategic interests.
