Abstract
For the next two days we will be considering together the concepts and nature of air warfare, for in a sense, all of our discus- sions will be dealing with different aspects and different views of this same subject. So much has to be left unsaid on so broad a topic that our problem for the next two days is really one of selection - the selection of the key ideas, facts, and relationships for study.
