Abstract
One of the primary goals of the Navy Professional Reading Program (NPRP) is to provide sailors with opportunities for professional develop- ment that will enable them to do better jobs as twenty-first-century warriors. Each book is a window into a world readers may have never encountered, and each conveys concepts relevant to their professional and personal lives. A topic may best be learned about by reading a number of books within the NPRP li- brary.
