Abstract
The U.S. Navy is about to face its most challenging officer retention problem in more than two decades. How are we to outrun the approaching storm? A serving officer takes an in-depth look at factors impacting retention, compares them to historical retention downturns, evaluates Fortune 500 approaches for retaining talent, and offers actionable recommendations.
