Abstract
In discussing Communist China it is impossible not to have in the back of your mind the problems of U.S. action, and we believe it is far better to have the research man's views laid out explicitly for all to examine and to criticize, rather than to leave them implicit in the way he has organized his alleged "facts," or in the way he selects certain facts as relevant and ignores certain others.
