Naval War College Review
Abstract
Our founder Rear Admiral Stephen B. Luce held fast to his belief that the Naval War College “is a place of original research on all questions relating to war and to states- manship connected with war, or the prevention of war.” Our mission at the Naval War College is to Educate Leaders. Every issue of the Naval War College Review is filled with writing and ideas that deal directly with Admiral Luce’s beliefs and that directly help us fulfill our mission.
